the world of deb

Well folks i am sorry i am a little on the flakey side when it comes to blogging but big things are happening in my life. In order to be a foster parent i need a house...i could live in an apartment but i think kids deserve a yard...and frankly so does my Rafiqie! So i have been working alot of overtime and when a girl sits in front of the computer for 10-12 hours a day the last thing i want to do is more computer time when i get home. So i am blog unfaithful....shame on me!

Work is crazy busy so i don't have time to log onto the internet even to check my mail between calls. So again i apologize.

Other things going on in debville.....vacation starts at 2:31pm on Thursday afternoon. Friday is clean the house and car day along with trim the dogs nails and give him a bath day.

So i am reading my post and now i can kinda understand why i am still single....the highlight of the first day of my vacation is bathing my dog...can we say get a life? LOL okay all you single men out there reading my blog....jump on board and email me and getboredwithdeb@cooper.com. LOL Baby baby i am so sexy.

I am heading off to bed now...it's not even 9 pm....because i am bone tired...still haven't gotten completly better from the evil cold/flu thing i had last week.

leave me comments i love em

That is an amazing thing, to be a foster parent. You will have rewards you can't even count. Tell us about it when you become a foster parent.
Have a great time on vacation.
I wish I could remember the website, but it is all about neglected blogs....LOL.

You are right you should never be sick to your stomach when doing cardio. Weights however are a different matter. You DO NOT have to push that hard to make progress, but when lifting for either strength, mass, or muscular endurance beyond the normal recreational lifter you have to push a little harder than you are comfortable with, ie nausea. It is a signal that your CNS is overloaded and needs to adapt big time. It is extreme, but effective.
When I was 19 and did the 20 rep squat routine ( do your 10 rep max for squats 20 times, wait between reps with the weight on your back as long as you need to ) I gained 30 lbs, 25 muscle, and put 100 lbs on my squat in 8 weeks, no drugs no supplements just food, sleep, and hard work.
People just wanting to tone up or loose weight shouldn't work that hard, but I have some extreme goals. And short of steroids or harmful supplements, I will acheive them. Even if I need a puke bucket by my side.
One of my old training partners could squat 225 63 times, he could bench 405 5 times, he did curls with 125 for reps, his workouts were so intense he could not eat for 2 hours before he worked out because he would see it again..LOL.
HE was extreme, I am just....motivated. I have been strong, and fat. I have been weak, and fat. I have been in great shape for running, karate, sports and weak. I am trying to get big, strong, lean and in shape. They are three diametrically opposed goals, but they can be acheived with the right workouts.
( and man does a cheeseburger sound good right now, I am eating a plain chicken breast with a veggie and wheatgrass juice. Ick )
