Oh guys please welcome Suzy!!! I am excited that she has started a blog...actually I am excited because I've really missed her alot. I've known her for her whole life. I used to babysit her...but now she is 17 (really THAT doesn't make me feel old...not a bit :/)so I am thinking she might not need a babysitter anymore...of course when i was 17....oh nevermind we won't get into that here. LOL
So a little story on Suzy....from way back when.
Suzy has two brothers...and older...and a younger. Well we found out that the older brother had a brain tumor...we didn't know if it was cancer...we didn't know if we could operate on it...we didn't know anything but brain tumors are bad...life threatening.
Suzy's mom and dad are at the hospital and i am at home with Suz and her little brother...both of whom have chickenpox. Being the brave babysitter i waited till both kids were asleep or so i thought....and then went into the back room and bawled like crazy....and pretty soon Suz was in my lap asking me what was wrong.
I told her my heart was hurting and she climbs down off of my lap and goes away....i figure a crying babysitter was too much for her to take...until she comes back in with her Doctor's bag and climbs back up into my lap.
She says in her little 3 (not sure but she was still pretty little) year old voice..."give me your heart". I do (like she didn't already have my heart...all of it...i do so love this child) and she takes it...gives it a shot with her little fake shot thingy...beats on it with the knee reflex hammer and then listens to it with the stethescope (spelling sheesh...hope you know what i am meaning there) and says...all better now you don't have to cry anymore.
Now if that story doesn't melt your heart...well...you don't have one.
And that is just the kind of person she is...she's full of love...smart...way way talented...as in when i hear her sing i think i am listening to the radio good.
Okay so i'll stop bragging on her for now...please stop by her blog and say howdy!!!

The weather was awesome wasn't it? But it teased us again. No rain - at least not in my part of the hood.
