Yup it's true....while walking along...a true picture of grace and coordination i twisted my ankle/foot it rolled...then popped and SWELLED! it's still swollen....argh and ooo la la it hurts like crazy. i can bear weight and i can wiggle my toes so hopefully it's just twisted and not broken.
The move went well...no glitches. That is a good thing. I love the new place...will have to take some pictures and get them posted.
Jim and i are doing really well. It's good to have a guy like him in my life. We went black powder musket shooting on Sunday and boy was that fun. i got a bullsye!!! i so rock! It was my first time...and i went shooting with 5 guys...and only 2 of my shots weren't in the black circle. I love being a great shot. Jim thought i was good too...and i am i am!
Okay off i go...back to work slave!

Hope your foot is ok. Sounds like a really bad sprain, maybe tendon damage (if you can bear weight, its probably not broken). Doesn't mean it doesn't hurt though. Sounds like you really found a nice guy. Glad its going well. We'd love to see pictures of your new place. I'm glad its nice. I need to put some pictures of our place and surroundings on here. Its so pretty here. Rained yesterday. I almost forgot what rain was.
Glad things are going well for you.
Sucks about the foot, I did the same thing 10 or 12 years ago and got a cortisol shot in the ankle, i am no wimp but..... ouchie.
Then about 2 years ago I did it 2 times within one week. popped it both times, you know that sick breaking-the-gristle-off-the-chicken-leg-sickening pop, twice.
( I am as graceful as a wounded musk ox let me tell you )
Now I have a bum wheel that will never go away, anytime i stand or walk too long it swells up and aches, getting some arthritis in it too me thinks.
Moral of the story you ask? Ankles give you one shot, be carefule and don't re-injure it.
Very cool about the black-powder shoot, and VERY cool about the bulls-eye. Black powder is fun.
I think it's very cool that you are doing stuff that he likes, very classy Deb.
