A note on the Blitzkrieg

So...I am now trying whole foods...somethings digest no problem others...Well...I am still the queen of the porcelain throne from time to time.

Dr. Verma (the GI guy) is still fighting with my insurance to get the rest of the tests i need done approved.

Dr. Varrakuiti (the very preggo endryconoligist...and no i am not making up these names) is trying to balance out my sugars and who knows what else...she has taken Dr. Voodoo's job of ordering me to be stuck with needles and my blood drained every time i go in.

i am back at work. This is a very good thing. i can't say i miss actual work...but i did miss the interactions and the money. $$$$$$ is good.

Because of the twisted foot i havent been working out...but i was doing crunches and girlie push ups with some success. Next week i am going to begin again in earnest....20 minutes a day rain or shine broken or not. i think belly dancing is fun...i have the video...last time i tried my belly went one way while i danced the other...but coordination is something that is learned from practice right?

Okay....off i go ...evil work calleth. :)
