Did I get your attention with that title or what?????
Well it's true. I, Debra Gail Cooper am preggo! We didn't plan this little one....we weren't expecting to get pregnant and it is quite possibly the worst possible time for us to be pregnant....yet both Rob and I are extremely excited!
My family suprised me. All of them were happy for me. Mom and Dad were upset that Rob and I aren't married yet...but by the end of the conversation we were kidding around.
My mom says...
"Haven't you two heard of condms?"
I say...
"We were using them!"
Dad says...
"What about abstinence?????"
I say...
"We didn't try THAT method!"
I am most likely about 6 weeks along. I have my first Dr. Appointment on 3/29/07 at 1:30pm. I suppose it is possible that the prenancy test is wrong...but two of them confirmed my suspisions on Friday night last week.
Work is crazy...more later

I am so so happy for you! What a perfect Spring surprise. You will be such a good mom. I'm glad your parents are ok with it. Either way it is a wonderful thing.

You are in for a wonderful journey. Just remember, motherhood has already started for you, because that little life is depending on you.
Karl wrote a lullaby for our firstborn that used to calm him when he was kicking and thrashing about inside of me. It's a wonderful time, when you're not sick, so I'll be praying for you.
