I haven't posted to my blog in ions...largely because I once again forgot my password and it wasn't until this morning I finally figured out that it's the same one as my yahoo password. What a dork I am.
I am doing pretty well. As well as a fat diabetic pregnant lady can be I guess. I've been in the hospital far too much with this pregnancy. In July I actually got to spend some time in intensive care at Good Sam....cost about 500 bucks...but Abby stayed in and I got better. Woo hoo!
Apparently when you are pregnant your stomach automatically slows down so that the baby can suck more nutrition from the food you eat. That is why preggo's get heartburn etc. Well...in someone who's stomach is already too slow this isn't such a good deal. I couldn't keep anything inside me and I just barfed the anti barf pills I was given. So into the hospital for IV everything. They gave me a new drug for my stomach while in the hospital and it is working really well. I am impressed.
Last week I was having terrible lower back pain...cramping...it was horrible. Rushed to the hospital thinking it was pre-term labor....nope just a bad UTI and yeast infection. Now I have 40 bucks more of perscriptions and my back feels better. Woo hoo again!
Abby's echo went well. All her heart chambers have formed properly...no problems which I am so thankful for. It's less than 3 months before she comes out and we are so not prepaired for her. We haven't even done the nursery yet. We don't have a crib...we don't have a mattress...we don't have a changing table....we don't have the paint...well you get the idea.
Work is crazy....more later

Wow, Debbie, sounds like it's not smooth sailing...but as long as little Abby stays safe inside your tummy, we won't complain, right?
Best of luck, love you.
Deb,
Wow! Glad little Abby is okay and staying put for now. Hang on, you're almost there!
Who knows, you could have an adventure like me and have your firstborn come 2 1/2 weeks early and be born in the car at 70mph.
