Has anyone but me noticed that the number of times I hit snooze is in direct porportion to the number of days we are through the work week? Wednesday...3rd day....hit snooze 3 times. Hmmmmm.
Royce are you super positive you burn more calories when your belly is empty? Perhaps I'll eat AFTER my workout if that's true.

Yes, your muscles use primarily glycogen for fuel. After thats burned up youstart using fat. If you workout on an empty stomach in the morning you have already used all your glycogen when you are asleep for 8 hours. So not more calories just more calories from fat. "Body for Life" is a huge body transformation system and they achieve great fat loss by doing high intensity cardio first thing in the morning.
