workout #7

Can it be true? i've done 7/250 workouts. i am pretty darn proud of myself here. i really didn't want to work out today...fat girl was very convincing that working out was not really THAT important. I shut her up with some healthy dinner and then worked out.

Next week I am going to experiment with getting up just a titch earlier...working out in the am instead of after work...because i feel so happy after working out if figure perhaps that will make my day easier and then my evenings can be just taking the boy to the park.

He found a little begal puppy at the dog park tonight and they played and played. I wish I had a bigger house and a yard...if I did I'd get the boy a girl! LOL at least then one of us could be married. tee hehehehehe

Also working out on an empty stomach helps you burn more fat!!!
