So i get off work today and listen to my messages...my landlord called and left me a message regarding my message last night that my Fridge was powerless. This is what the message says:
"My dad says to tell you to just relax. He's doing the best he can."
Oh they are so totally lucky they got my machine and not me...as i would have loosed the wrath of the red head upon them! Relax they tell me...oh okay fine...it's only been almost 2 WEEKS i've been patiently waiting for them to fix the breakers....just relax they tell me? oh...i guess i shouldn't worry about the 200 bucks worth of food in my fridge that will be spoiled if left up to them.

Now..when i get home my house smells like a sewer....he turned on the wash machine and let it run...and since the water had been sitting there for 12 days it was rancid. YUCK! now i've run the machine like 3 times without anything in it...it sorta smells better. Not 100% but better.
So the saga comes to a conclusion. At least it's over...and i have electricity again. All is well that ends well right?

I would start thinking about moving - lease or no lease. You definately have grounds to break it. Hope things get better soon.
I would pay the rent minus the food money, if they bitch tell them you will take them to small claims court.
