Polly Anna Day #1

Well I did it....walked outside for 20 minutes. Yeah Deb!

My good thing for the day is that i got to work out in the rain. I do so love the rain. It wasn't too hot and i feel good about myself for following through with my workout.

Woo hoo. Yeah Deb!

NICE, way to go!!
Wlaking is such a good workout and so vital to our health.
It is one of the few workouts that are completely bio-mechanically correct!!
